ccr 760: hypertext rhetorics
course technology: frequently asked questions
There are certain operations that you will find yourself having to repeat as you progress through this course. Every week, you will be posting responses and statements to our course site, and when that is through, you will be working on your own projects. What follows, then, are some quick answers to some of the more basic questions related to these activities. When appropriate, I'll set up separate pages to minimize print queues.
We're publishing to the WWW?
Yes, and i can't stress enough the fact that this means that the majority of what you write in this course is going to be immediately public. This doesn't mean that your words will become the topic of conversation in hallways across the country, but it does mean that others interested in these topics and scholars may come across your words.
How do we publish to the WWW?
I've written these instructions out on a separate page. As long as you have an Internet connection, you can post materials to our site.
How do we write with HTML?
Most likely, I will be posting a series of pages devoted to the various codes that make up HTML. If there are particular items or areas that need to be covered in more detail on these pages, please let me know.
